William's patient tuition was key to Callan understanding complex and abstract lessons and questions, as well as ensuring he had properly understood that particular week's education in the classroom or lecture theatre.

This was crucial knowledge to supplement Callan's own abilities and was also a huge relief for me to have William's 'inside knowledge' of how the education system works these days, compared to when I was at school!
